Yoonah completed her Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, focusing on climate change, power market and clean energy policy development. Prior to joining ADB, she worked as a clean energy analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance for 5 years, conducting a number of research studies and providing consulting services to clients. She was mainly responsible for policy research and project finance for power and renewable energy sectors in Asia.
