Kayly Ober

Kayly Ober was the focal point on Sustainable Development Goals at ADB’s Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department of the Results Management and Aid Effectiveness Division. She previously worked at the World Bank Group, Overseas Development Institute, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, among others. She has more than ten years of experience on issues, such as climate change, migration, resilience, and gender. She is a PhD candidate in geography from the University of Bonn and holds an MSc in environment and development (with distinction) from the London School of Economics and a BA in international studies (cum laude) from American University.
